From removing to cutting, trimming, stump grinding or injections for gumball trees they do it and I’m sure more. They advised us about the health of our trees and helped us plan on what we would need in the future. We’ve even had them out for snow removal. What an excellence experience! I was able to contact Nicole easily to schedule two jobs for over 22 trees. She was attentive and even worked with me during weekend hours. All Around made sure to listen to my needs and provided on time service. The quality of trees I received are very healthy as well. Nicole and her team are extremely personable and I found it easy to convey my vision, they provided some valuable ideas for my project as well. UPDATE After long conversations with Nicole, All Around Tree Care has given me reason to change my rating to a 5. I will also use them in the future and recommend them to all who needs their services. ‐-‐--------------------------------------------- In the beginning, I would give them a 5 star rating, but now I'm beginning to wonder. They started their job two weeks ago. They got the trimming done, but they couldn't finish because something went wrong with the lift. Nicole said it should be only a few days and she would call me when they are ready to come out. I waited a week with no call. Now I have called & text multiple times. I have messaged them on their website. Still with no reply or returned call. My contract with them includes taking down a tree along with the stump removal. This is all supposed to be done before I have a new roof put on the end of this month. I'm very concerned that this might not get done in time. I just wish they would communicate with me.
They treated out tree for aphids which were causing a lot of problems. They also did a great job trimming the tree!

So the park that I live in Trailer Park. Here in Mascoutah Illinois for the past 12 years. The tree out front has gotten infected with bugs and has died. I had spoken with this all-around tree care service when they came out to give the owner a bid to trim several trees. Well, apparently they’re too tight with their money and all they care about is their rent money. But I got a hold of them again and they came out and gave me a great estimate just to trim it down to 13 foot tall. So I didn’t have to worry about it falling on my trailer for the past 12 months. They came out on an 8587° day. They must’ve worked 6 to 7 hours easy. They did a fantastic job. They’re very organized. Safety first! And they clean up their mass very well. And they have great communication. And they have a sense of humor. They didn’t have any shade. So I set them up a 10 x 10 pop-up. Needless to say I’m very happy. And I definitely highly recommend them.

These guys came in on a weekend to shape trees and cut out the dead. I was very pleased at the outcome, better than anticipated. Did an excellent job of cleaning up. We will call them when future needs arrive. They skillfully removed a tree from the property that was dangerous hanging over back neighbors house. Rob and Nicole were very busy helping four neighbors in our area after the March 14th tornado. In two days, Rob and Nicole removed 9 trees that our immediate neighbor lost. Several of the trees were on our property and surrounding a vehicle. They did a great job with the removal in a very timely fashion and were very careful of the property surroundings, to include the vehicle and landscaping. They are very knowledgeable, dependable, hard working, and meticulous at clean up!

Had them come out to trim my trees. They came out on a Monday I think gave me bid to trim 4 trees. I accepted the bid I thought was a fair price. They said they was 4 weeks out but they called 2 weeks the job was done. 2 previous tree trimers the first you came out gave a bid I accepted that one but they never showed up. The second I contacted said he would be there Monday but I guess I don't know what Monday he's coming.
My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of All Around Tree Care. Our dog got deathly sick from what our tree was dropping in our backyard and we needed it taken down immediately for her safety. We expressed this to Nicole and she made the effort to come out the same day for the bid and moved things around to get the tree taken down the very next day. Nicole and the guys were great to work with. We probably have more trees in our backyard than we should, so I was a little concerned how they would maneuver around but it was no problem for them. They were also very careful not to damage my garden, and picked up all debris when the job was finished. One other thing, they took great care when dealing with active bird nests, I really appreciate that. I totally recommend them!
